Returns and Refunds Policy

 

At Andee, we take pride in creating handmade art and functional pieces with care and precision. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below to understand your options for returns and refunds.


Eligibility for Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., a receipt or order number) is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of handmade goods, the following items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or damaged:

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at andy.sowden@gmail.com  with your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement.


Returning an Item

To return an item, please contact us for a return address.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at {email address} with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or refund.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale unless they are faulty or damaged.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Your Rights Under NZ Consumer Law

Under New Zealand’s Consumer Guarantees Act, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not fit for purpose. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
